THE BRIEF
Middle Temple one of the four Inns of Court is a modern institution with a long and distinguished history. Middle Temple’s core purposes include the education and training of students and barristers. They wanted a logo refresh with a set of brand guidelines for use across the organisation on all internal and external communications to bring them inline with the 21st century and to create consistency across their brand.
THE SOLUTION
I led and implemented the overhaul of the logo refresh and guidelines ensuring consistency of brand communications moving forward. To date several different logos/crests were used to represent Middle Temple - both internally and externally, and whilst there are clear similarities between each there was no clear consistency. It was important not to lose key aspects of the logo which were core to the heritage of the society.
