THE BRIEF
Hovis an established bread making brand had found that although it had a large follower base on Facebook, engagement rates were falling and they needed a new strategy and content plan to reverse this decline. They wanted a shift in tone towards lifestyle conversations, male to female.

THE SOLUTION
A digital/social strategy was created with the core idea of ‘Good Today’. By keeping on strategy at the very start of the project I saw a need to alter the tone of voice for the page and giving each and every post more of an identity for fans to connect back to the brand with. An average interactions rate was increased, expanding Hovis’s weekly reach through ideating and creating engaging posts on a regular basis.

Total Facebook ‘Reach’ increased over 5 times the previous average value. The demographics of the fans shifted strongly to the target ID.
